  • Green Cloud Computing: We prioritize partnerships with cloud providers like Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure who are committed to powering their data centers with 100% renewable energy. We actively choose server regions that have the lowest carbon intensity.
  • Efficient Code & Model Optimization: We write efficient, optimized code that requires less computational power to run. When developing AI models, we employ techniques like model pruning and quantization to reduce their energy consumption without sacrificing performance.
  • Paperless Operations: As a digital-native company, we operate on a completely paperless basis, from client contracts to internal documentation.
  • Support for Local Conservation: We pledge a percentage of our annual profits to support local Balinese conservation initiatives. We are proud supporters of organizations working on marine conservation and reforestation in areas like the West Bali National Park.

2. Local Empowerment & Community Investment

Our greatest asset is our people, and our deepest commitment is to our community. We are dedicated to building a thriving local tech ecosystem in Bali.

  • Hiring and Training Balinese Talent: We have a ‘Bali-First’ hiring policy. We actively recruit graduates from local universities like Universitas Udayana and provide extensive on-the-job training and mentorship to build a world-class AI team right here on the island. Our goal is for over 80% of our workforce to be of Indonesian nationality by 2026.
